Personal
Dwight was born in Logan and raised in SLC. Dwight enjoys Spending time with his 5 children, traveling, golf, and is currently the president of the Provo Rotary.
His favorite NBA team is the Phoenix Suns, but we don't hold that against him. He is still a season ticket holder and has been for over 25 years.
Legal
Dwight was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1967. He graduated from the University of Utah with his Bachelor's Degree in 1964 and Juris Doctorate in 1967.
Mr. Flickinger was admitted to practice in the State of Arizona in 1968 and practiced in the Phoenix area where he served as the President, Vice President, Director of the Phoenix Trial Lawyers Association, and served on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.
In 1989, he returned to the State of Utah and began practice in the Utah County area. He has a broad background in the practice of law, and elected to limit
his practice to vehicular personal injury and wrongful death in 1993.
He is currently a member of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

He was admitted to practice in Utah in 1982 and has practiced continuously since that time. He is a former partner in the Provo law firm of Howard, Lewis & Petersen. He is currently and has been a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Utah Trial Lawyers Association since 1989.
He has served continuously on the Board of Governors of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association since 1991, and was the editor and contributing author of the Utah Trial Journalquarterly publication.In 2004, he was honoredby his peers as a “Legal Elite” as one of the top 100 personal injury attorneys.
He is a frequent lecturer in legal education andtrial practice seminars, and has written numerous published articles on subjects of his expertise.

Kevin was born in Long Beach, California and attended school here in Utah.
He enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with his 8 kids. He is a great story teller if you can get him to slow down long enough.

Mark spends most of his time with his beautiful wife and 4 children. Together
they love to travel and enjoy Utah's beautiful outdoors.

Mark was born in Phoenix, Arizona. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s degree in 1995. He attended law school at Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, graduating with honors (cum laude) in 1998.
He was Author and Editor of the BYU Journal of Public Law from 1997-1998, publishing “Protecting the Insured in Utah: Rethinking the Interstitial Approach of Allen v. Prudential Property & Casualty Co.,” 12 BYU J. Pub. L. 389 (1998), an article regarding Utah insurance contract law.
Mark is currently serving on the Board of Governors of the Utah Trial Lawyers
Association since 2005. He is also a member of the Utah State Bar, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America."
Brett R. Boulton

Brett attended college in California and Arizona before receiving a bachelor’s
degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University in 2001.
He received
his Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University in 2005. While in law school
Brett was a member of the Law Review as well as the BYU Journal of Public Law.
He also served two years as the Student Bar Association Vice President. Upon
passing the bar in October of 2005, Brett began work as a member of the Utah
County Public Defenders Association where he received substantial court experience.
Brett joined the firm in May of 2006 and is a member of
the Utah Trial Lawyers Association.
Personal
Brett was born in Provo, Utah in 1977 and grew up in Cypress, California. Brett
received a basketball scholarship at Eastern Arizona College, and still loves to
play.
Brett speaks fluent Spanish and resides with his wife and their four
children in Provo. Brett enjoys reading, taking his children to the zoo and
other outings, traveling to the ocean whenever possible, and working on home
improvement projects.
