Kevin graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's degree (cum laude) in 1979 and a Juris Doctorate in 1982 where he served as an Author and Editor of the J. Reuben Clark Law School Journal of Legal Studies.
Kevin was admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts of Utah in 1982, and the US Tenth Circuit in 1984, and has had an active litigation practice continuously since that time. After practicing in Salt Lake City for five years, he moved to Provo where he became a partner in the law firm of Howard, Lewis & Petersen. A co-founder and President of Flickinger & Sutterfield since 1994, he has limited his practice to personal injury and death claims since that time. He is currently and has been a sustaining member of both the American Association for Justice and Utah Association for Justice for decades. Kevin was honored to be chosen in 2005 as a Life Member of the Utah Association for Justice for his long service and contribution to UAJ.
Kevin has served continuously on the Board of Governors or Advisory Board of the Utah Association for Justice since 1991, and was the chief editor and a contributing author of the Utah Trial Journal, its quarterly publication, for several years. Since 2004, he has been honored annually by his peers in Utah Business Magazine as a "Legal Elite" one of the top 100 personal injury attorneys in Utah.
He is a frequent lecturer in continuing legal education and trial practice seminars, and has authored numerous published articles on subjects of his expertise.
Personal
Kevin was born in Long Beach, California, graduated from high school in southeast Idaho, and graduated from college and law school in Utah. An advocate of voluntary service to the community, he was elected to serve on the Board of Directors, Riverside Country Club, (2005-2007), and has served twice on the Board of Directors, Alumni Association, J. Reuben Clark Law School (1995-1998) and (2006-present).
He enjoys golf, traveling, studying history, 4-wheeling, and spending time with his wife, 8 children, and extended family and friends. He is a great story teller if you can get him to slow down long enough to share one with you.
Mark T. Flickinger

Personal
Mark was born in Phoenix, Arizona. He spends most of his time with his wife Diane and their 5 children. Together they love to travel and enjoy Utah's incredible outdoors.
Mark is also an avid Scouter, and spends several weekends a year as Scoutmaster in the high Uintah Mountains and on Mount Timpanogos.
He also is a passionate cyclist, and can frequently be found riding up Provo Canyon. Occasionally, he sets his road bike aside for a pair of running shoes when a race is around the corner.

Mark graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's degree in 1995. He attended law school at Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School, graduating with honors (cum laude) in 1998. He was also selected as an Author and Editor of the BYU Journal of Public Law from 1997-1998, publishing "Protecting the Insured in Utah: Rethinking the Interstitial Approach of Allen v. Prudential Property & Casualty Co.," 12 BYU J. Pub. L. 389 (1998), an article regarding Utah insurance contract law.
Since being admitted to practice, Mark has exclusively practiced personal injury litigation at Flickinger & Sutterfield. Mark is very passionate about representing injured victims, and immediately upon becoming an attorney he became a member of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association, now the Utah Association for Justice. He is currently serving on the Board of Governors of the Utah Association for Justice, a post he has held since 2005. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the Utah State Bar, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court.
Mark frequently lectures at continuing legal education seminars on topics pertaining to personal injury litigation. Among other topics he has spoken concerning insurance law, auto collision law, personal injury litigation, and personal injury settlement issues.
Brett R. Boulton

Brett attended college in California and Arizona before receiving a bachelor’s
degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University in 2001.
He received
his Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University in 2005. While in law school
Brett was a member of the Law Review as well as the BYU Journal of Public Law.
Upon passing the bar in October of 2005, Brett began working as a member of the Utah County Public Defenders Association where he received substantial court experience.
Brett joined the firm in May of 2006 and is a member of the Utah Association for Justice. Brett has successfully resolved all types of personal injury cases including: automobile cases, large truck cases, assault and batter cases, slip and fall cases, auto v. pedestrian cases, dog attack cases, as well as auto v. bicycle cases. Brett takes pride in making himself accessible to his clients and aggressively pursuing their claims.
Personal
Brett was born in Provo, Utah in 1977 and grew up in Cypress, California. Brett
received a basketball scholarship at Eastern Arizona College, and still is active in various sports.
Brett speaks fluent Spanish and resides with his wife and five
children in Provo. Brett enjoys cycling, running, and home construction projects. He recently ran the Bryce Canyon Half Marathon with his wife and likes to travel to the ocean whenever possible.
Jason Foulger

Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 boys. Jason and his family have a distinct love for Disneyland and like to visit the park as much as possible. He also enjoys attending live sporting events and supporting local teams such as the Jazz, Owlz, Bees, and Utes.
Jason is also fluent in Tagalog.

Jason was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 2000 and the Utah State Bar in 2009. He obtained his bachelor degree in History from the University of Utah in 1996, and his Juris Doctorate in 2000 from Creighton Law School, in Omaha, Nebraska. He is a member of the Utah Association for Justice.
Jason practiced Law in Las Vegas until he joined the firm in 2008. While in Las Vegas, Jason worked as an insurance defense attorney for 7 years before becoming a personal injury attorney. His experience in dealing directly with insurance companies as an insurance defense attorney has given him particular insight to the ways insurance companies think and evaluate claims. He now uses that inside knowledge in personal injury litigation to protect the interests of injured persons.
